Anything for you, Ma'am by Tushar Raheja.

The Hindu recommends it as " ... one of the funniest books in recent times " and I couldnot agree more . The book is a delightful read - a 230 page paperback of pure unadulterated fun .
I had gone to Sapna books store to buy a book on Numerical Algorithms but instead bought this book. It was drizzling slightly when I got into the bus to return home and to my surprise the second page itself - had a beautiful poem on the rain . It is so beautiful that I must reproduce it here -
-
I wake up in the morning
To the sound of raindrops ,
And I wonder where you'd be
And I wonder if it's raining there .
Wherever you are , I hope you think of me ,
When it's raining there .
The rain poem along with the pitter patter of rain falling on the window of the Volvo bus made me sigh. Life indeed is beautiful. I will write more tomorrow.
A slight degression here -
There is this textbook of Physics by Resnick and Halliday and the Electromagnetism chapter had Maxwell's laws of electromagnetism. There was a footnote from the authors urging the young student to read them if not for anything else - at least for the betterment of one's soul.
I would definetely suggest the same for the poem above.
